It’s like right out of a storybook.
Detroit Tigers CF Akil Baddoo blasted his 1st career home run this afternoon against the Cleveland Indians. To make things better, today is his first career MLB game, and his home run was on the very first pitch he ever faced.
And to make things better, his folks are among the limited fans at Comerica Park that saw team history made.
