Quicken Loans is helping the Detroit Tigers out with their lagging attendance numbers – at least for today!

10,000 employees from Quicken Loans, One Reverse Mortgage and other Dan Gilbert owned companies will be attending Wednesday’s game at Comerica Park. Quicken Loans enjoyed a record high of $32 billion in mortgage originations for 2019’s second quarter, and the employees in attendance will be wearing special orange t-shirts that read “Best Quarter Ever”.
They’ll also each receive a $15 concession voucher.
This season, while mired in a sluggish rebuild, the Tigers are averaging 19,411 fans per game. That’s down from last season’s average of 23,212 per game.
