At this point, it seems highly unlikely that there will be a Big Ten football season in 2020 but even if there is, Christian Turner will not be a part of it.
On Tuesday, Turner took to Twitter and became the first Michigan player to opt-out of the 2020 season.
Turner, who is a junior running back for the Wolverines, carried the ball 44 times for 171 yards and a touchdown in 2019.
I have decided to opt out of the season due to Covid 19.
