He was the victim of an unfortunate bounce during tonight's game against the Los Angeles Kings that resulted in an L.A. goal.

Kings captain Anze Kopitar's attempted pass to Dustin Brown deflected off Ericsson's skate and past startled goaltender Eric Comrie, giving the Kings an early 2-0 lead in the 2nd period.
