His agent Michael Kaye confirmed that the four teams he’s considering are the Red Wings, the Calgary Flames, the Edmonton Oilers, and the expansion Vegas Golden Knights.
According to The Athletic’s Craig Custance, Foo was reportedly very impressed with the offer that the Red Wings presented. Multiple meetings as well as conversations with Director of Player Evaluation Jiri Fischer has also kept his interest in the Red Wings high.
And then, of course, there’s Little Caesars Arena. The brand new, state of the art venue was very attractive to Foo, according to Jim Matheson of The Edmonton Journal.
