It looks like the Detroit Lions will have running back Reggie Bush back in the lineup when they face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Bush has practiced fully for Detroit on Wednesday and Thursday — the first time he has done that in back-to-back days since the beginning of November — and on Friday, Lions coach Jim Caldwell said Bush has been doing well.
“Looks good,” Caldwell said. “I know he feels really good. When he feels really good, I feel good.”
Bush practiced Friday as well.
He has dealt with ankle injuries the past two months, first suffering one in Week 5 against Buffalo, aggravating it in Week 7 in New Orleans and then injuring it in Week 10 against Miami. He’s also missed five full games this season and been limited in two others.
Bush has 53 carries for 191 yards this season and 26 receptions for 169 yards.
