According to John Connolly of the Boston Herald, Little Caesars Arena will be the site of the 2019 Frozen Four.

If indeed the Frozen Four returns to the Motor City, it will be for the seventh time. The most recent came in 2010 at Ford Field, with Boston College taking home the title. There is yet to be an official announcement from the NCAA regarding the final location. Additionally, Little Caesars Arena will be hosting March Madness games next season from March 16-18.
Little Caesars Arena will be the new home of the Detroit Red Wings and Detroit Pistons beginning in the 2017-18 Season.
