According to a report from Connor Hughes, the Lions are “considered the favorite” to sign Pro Bowl linebacker Anthony Barr.
In addition to Anthony Barr, #Jets have serious interest in free-agent rushers Trey Flowers & Dante Fowler, per sources. They’re, obviously, not alone. #Lions considered favorite, & #MIN not out, for Barr, #Dolphins like Flowers, & #Rams would like to retain Fowler, per sources

At the Pro Bowl, Barr said he would like to be back with the Minnesota Vikings next season but he was open to exploring his options.
“I’m not sure there really is a plan,” Barr said during Pro Bowl practice. “I think it kind of dictates itself. I’ve done what I’ve done and what’s going to happen is kind of out of my control. Obviously, I’ll have a choice, hopefully, as to where I want to go but I can’t control much more than what I’m doing now.”
Barr, who is 26, has been selected to the NFL Pro Bowl in each of the past four seasons.
