According to reports, Detroit Lions players are expected to march in downtown Detroit on Friday.
The march is just the latest display of citizens standing up against social injustice and police brutality in our country.
From MLive:
Some Detroit Lions players are expected to join the protests that have raged throughout the city for much of the last week.
A handful of players are expected to participate in the Belle Isle Freedom March on Friday, which was organized by former Lions running back Joique Bell. The march will begin at 3 p.m. at Gabriel Richard Park, which is located next to the MacArthur Bridge. Participants will march silently across the bridge and onto the island, circle the clock at the entrance and then return to Gabriel Richard Park.
Here is the info for the march.
