Okafor, who is about to turn 25, was originally selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the No. 3 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
During the 2019-20 season, Okafor averaged 8.1 points and 4.2 rebounds in 30 games with the New Orleans Pelicans.
His best season came during his rookie campaign when he averaged 17.5 points and 7 rebounds in 30 minutes per game (43 starts)
