Earlier this evening, news broke that the Detroit Pistons had traded Tony Bradley to the Philadelphia 76ers for Zhaire Smith.
Now, according to James Edwards III of The Athletic, the Pistons are likely to waive-and-stretch Smith. Edwards noted that it “feels like Detroit doesn’t want the roster spot taken and/or has something else in the works.”
Additionally, while it’s likely, it is not definite, per source. Feels like Detroit doesn’t want the roster spot taken and/or has something else in works.
