According to reports, the Detroit Tigers will use the No. 1 pick in the 2019 Rule 5 Draft to select New York Yankees AA pitcher, Rony Garcia.
As @jjcoop36 first noted, sounds like Yankees AA RHP Rony Garcia will be Tigers’ choice for top pick in Rule 5 Draft in about 10 minutes.
