When the Detroit Lions made it official that they had decided to release Zach Zenner, most figured it would not take long for him to find a new job in the NFL.
We are now two full weeks into the 2019 regular season and Zenner has yet to catch on with a new team.
That could change soon as Zenner has reportedly worked out for the Arizona Cardinals.
Cardinals tryouts reported: TEs Thomas Duarte, Jason Vander Laan, Luke Willson; RBs Alfred Morris, Thomas Rawls, Zach Zenner.

At 28-years-old, Zenner still has some gas left in the tank, but as the weeks go by, it seems less and less likely that he will play in the NFL again.
That being said, I am still confident the former Lions’ fan-favorite will land a gig soon.
