While the Detroit Lions didn’t make any moves on Trade Deadline day, they did work out a familiar face. DB DeShawn Shead worked out with the team Wednesday, and if his name is familiar to fans, there’s a good reason.
He played 12 games for the Lions last season, but moved on to the Seattle Seahawks where he was cut at the end of training camp this year. He’s yet to sign a contract with anyone.
A familiar face is back in town: DB DeShawn Shead is in Detroit working out right now with the #Lions, source said. He was with them last year at times.

The Lions need help in the secondary with safety Tracy Walker day-to-day with a knee injury and Darius Slay still nursing a hamstring injury.
