According to a report from 247 Sports, Michigan linebacker Jordan Anthony is entering the transfer portal.
From 247 Sports:
Anthony, who saw a decent amount of playing time early on in the 2019 season, was passed up by sophomore Cameron McGrone and saw his snaps dwindle as the season wore on. The Maryland native, who played his final year of high school ball at IMG Academy, looked prime to become a contributor for the Wolverines going forward. However, it appears he will look to play his final years of college ball elsewhere.
Defensive coordinator Don Brown and linebackers coach Anthony Campanile have consistently sung Anthony's praises throughout the season, with Brown singling him out after he was called into duty in the second half of Michigan's dramatic early season victory against Army.
In five games this season, Anthony picked up 15 total tackles and one sack.
