Detroit Tigers general manager Al Avila has remained busy, adding yet another arm for competition in Spring Training.

His deal is worth $3 million if he makes the team, and he can make up to $4 million if he were to start 20 games.
Teheran originally signed with the Atlanta Braves as a free agent in 2007, and made his Major League debut in 2011. He spent last season with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and had a down year, amassing a career-worest 10.05 ERA, going 0-4 in 10 appearances.
His career record in the Majors stands at 77-77 with 3.81 career ERA and 1,204 strikeouts.
