Monday was a big day for the Detroit Lions organization and the city of Detroit as a whole as it was announced that the Lions will be featured on Hard Knocks and that Detroit has been named as the host city for the 2024 NFL Draft.

Following the announcement, Lions team president Rod Wood sat down with Dannie Rogers to discuss Hard Knocks and the 2024 NFL Draft announcement.

Wood talked about how Hard Knocks can help the Lions to market their organization and that they are going to put on a great show during the 2024 NFL Draft week. He also spoke about the 2022 NFL Draft and the process the team is currently going through. Wood noted that there will be more than two players who are under consideration for the No. 2 overall pick.
