Erie Otters forward Dylan Strome had his stick stolen from him by London Knights defenseman Brandon Crawley Wednesday night.
Crawley lost his stick earlier in the play and decided to sneak up behind Strome and steal his.Strome went over to Crawley’s stick, picked it up and scored seconds later. He let everyone know by raising the stick up high during his celebration.
After the play Strome went over to Crawley to exchange sticks once more.
The Arizona Coyotes selected Strome third Overall in the 2015 NHL Entry Draft. He has played in 20 games for the Otters this season, recording 15 goals and 32 assists for 47 points.
