Ranking Tom Izzo’s Final Four runs; Where does this year fall?

The Michigan State Spartans find themselves back in the Final Four for the seventh time under head coach Tom Izzo. He has made the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament in 18 straight seasons, which ranks third active among Division-I basketball programs. The Spartans are a part of the four remaining teams on the season for the first time since 2010. This will be the third time since 1999 that Michigan State will be playing in Indianapolis for the Final Four. In 2000, they took home the title, beating the Florida Gators. In 2010, they lost to national runner-up Butler Bulldogs.
