WATCH: Russia defeats Turkey 42-0 at 2017 European Youth Olympic Festival

Russia defeated Turkey 42-0 in ice hockey at the Youth Olympic Festival on Monday.

The score was 15-0 after the first period and 27-0 after the second. At some point people should just feel bad for the Turkish players and goaltenders.

The Youth Olympic Festival is taking place in the city of Erzurum, Turkey this year.

According to the Daily Sabah, the Turkish Ice Hockey Federation was founded in 1991 and there has been a national ice hockey league in the country since 1993.
