The Detroit Lions have a new Sheriff in town and his name is Dan Campbell.
When Campbell was initially hired, many did not know who he was and was he was about to bring to the table.
But, as we know, that changed quickly as Campbell had one of the greatest introductory pressers in sports history.
Campbell said a ton during that presser but his most memorable comment had to do with ‘biting kneecaps.’
Following that comment, plenty of haters (mostly national media members) blasted the Lions for hiring a goofball to be their next head coach.
But one person who absolutely loves Campbell’s passion for the game and his willingness to say exactly what is on his mind and nothing less is Lions OT Taylor Decker.

“What I got from it was genuine,” says Lions offensive lineman Taylor Decker. “‘I want to see camaraderie in the locker room. I want to see a bunch of bad motherfuckers out there. Just be the Detroit Lions and we’re gonna go out there and hit people in the mouth.’ You can hear coachspeak [from other coaches]. Look at the guy, he’s fucking 3 percent body fat. He’s got great energy. He wants everyone to learn, compete, and have a chance.”
The haters are gonna hate but what Dan Campbell is doing with the Lions is going to shut those people up before all is said and done!
