According to a report from Jeff Duncan of The Athletic, the Detroit Lions have expressed interest in New Orleans Saints pro personnel director Terry Fontenot for their current general manager opening.
I’ve heard the Lions & Texans have also expressed interest in Saints pro personnel director Terry Fontenot. @DOrlandoAJC also reported that the Falcons have interest in Fontenot. https://t.co/gaMzc6v7qR

Fontenot has been with the Saints organization since 2003, meaning he has been part of a winning franchise that has won a Super Bowl.
Per league rules, the Lions will not be able to interview Fontenot until the regular season is over. At that point, they will be able to meet with him virtually until the Saints are eliminated from the playoffs.
