Game notes:

Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but all you need to know about this one is that the bullpen did what the bullpen does best — blow leads. Bruce Rondon came into the eighth inning and did basically they same thing he did Friday, not throw strikes, walk hitters, and create a mountain of crap for the other relievers to overcome; which of course, they could not. Daniel Norris pitched a great game, 6.1 IP, 7H, 3 ER, and 2 SO; but, it was all for naught as the Tigers lost 7-5.

Tomorrow Justin Verlander takes on Chris Sale in the final game of the series.
