The Detroit Tigers have been struggling lately, and according to the news from the Tigers PR office today, standing pat is not an option. Roster moves involving Alex Avila, Bryan Holaday, Joba Chamberlain, and Tom Gorzelanny were announced today.
The Tigers today have recalled the injury rehab assignment of C Alex Avila and activated him from the disabled list.
