Are you ready for some baseball, Tigers fans?
On Thursday, the Detroit Tigers play their annual exhibition game against Florida Southern before opening Grapefruit League play on Friday at Joker Marchant Stadium against the Baltimore Orioles.
Detroit has announced their rotation for their exhibition game and their first five Spring Training games.
Myles Jaye gets the nod on Thursday against Florida Southern before Michael Fulmer starts the first true Spring Training game on Friday. Rounding out the rotation for the first six games are Justin Verlander on Saturday, Matt Boyd on Sunday, Jordan Zimmermann on Monday, and Daniel Norris on Tuesday.

Other pitchers who will see action against Florida Southern include Sandy Baez, Victor Alcantara, Joe Jimenez, Adam Ravenelle, Ruben Alaniz, and William Cuevas.
As one of the top prospects in the Tigers organization, Jimenez will be a pitcher who is watched very closely this spring. He has been dominant in the minors and many believe he is the Tigers closer of the future.
