Just about all of us have done it at one point or another – locking ourselves out of our house or car. Being a professional athlete is no defense from this problem, and the latest victim is Detroit Red Wings forward Tomas Tatar.
He accidentally locked himself out of his Royal Oak home on Sunday, but fortunately for him, he lives near Royal Oak Station One. With a little help from his new friends, Tatar was soon back inside. As a thank you, he gave the station a signed jersey and posed for a photo.
Here’s hoping that the fire department rubbed off on Tatar and he heats up for the playoffs!
