Joe Tessitore may have been a little premature in his “Texas is back, folks!” call, but this game was epic from start to finish. Both teams put in their all and it really felt like a clash from the 1970s/1980s when these schools were at the top of the mountain in college football. More bouts between blue bloods need to happen, and this game answers why.

Nothing brings a rivalry back from the dead quite like controversy. The bitter hate that comes from the Wolverines and Buckeyes became evidently clear again after the Wolverines were at the end of some controversial calls. The calls were so egregious to Wolverines nation that their own head coach and DSN sounded off on them.
