Drafted out of the University of Wisconsin in 2009, DeAndre Levy has become a leader on defense for the Lions. The Lions found one heck of a player when they drafted Levy in the third round (76th overall) in 2009. In six seasons, Levy has registered over 600 tackles and 12 career interceptions. In 2014, Levy had a monstrous season: 151 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and an interception. Levy could quite possibly become the new center piece of the defense, now that Ndamukong Suh has left Detroit for the Miami Dolphins.
