Following a nice run which ended with Michigan losing to Oregon in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, reports have surfaced that forward Mark Donnal is transferring as a fifth-year senior and will be eligible to play immediately.

Donnal as a senior this season averaged 3.9 points and 2.0 rebounds per game in just over 12 minutes per contest, a noticeable dip from the previous season (7.8 PPG, 3.4 RPG, 19.4 MPG in 2015-16). For his Michigan career, Donnal averaged a little over 5 PPG in just over 100 games played in the maize and blue.
