U.S. Women win the World Cup!

Congrats to the United States for winning the 2015 Women’s World Cup by a score of 5-2 over Japan.

Carli Lloyd scored three first-half goals (3′, 5′, 16′) to pace the U.S. to the big win. Also adding goals for the U.S. were Lauren Holiday (14′) and Tobin Heath (54′).

The United States dominated from the get-go in this one and never looked back. This give the U.S. three World Cup titles.
