On Sunday afternoon, the Detroit Lions finally picked up their second win of the 2022 season when they defeated Aaron Rodgers and the hated Green Bay Packers by a score of 15-9 at Ford Field. If you happened to tune into the game, you likely noticed Rodgers repeatedly snapping the ball after the play clock had already hit zero. This would be fine if a penalty were called for delay-of-game, but for whatever reason, as you are about to see in the video below, that was not the case.

On Tuesday, u/Kingkwon83 on Reddit posted a video showing Rodgers and the Packers getting away with a delay-of-game on EIGHT occasions!
Check it out.
What does Dan Campbell think about the delay of the game rule?
During last season’s loss to the Baltimore Ravens (yep, that game), there was a missed delay-of-game penalty against the Ravens, and Lions’ head coach Dan Campbell said he called the league for clarification.
“It’s really a subjective call is really what it came down to,” Campbell said Friday. “So I think they’re kind of split on it. Some are — it’s just, you guys have heard the procedure of it and I’ll be honest with you, I don’t even, I’m so over it now. I’m not even (thinking about it).”

How on God’s beautiful green earth is a play involving a running clock subjective?
Nation, is this something the NFL needs to address or is it much ado about nothing?
