Caught in a lie? Video emerges of Mark Dantonio ‘smiling’ as Spartans plow through UM players

Prior to Saturday’s matchup between the Michigan State Spartans and Michigan Wolverines, there was a bit of extracurricular activity at Spartan Stadium.

As you have probably seen by now, some Spartans players got into a little shouting match and scuffle with some Wolverines’ players, including Devin Bush Jr., near midfield. Reports are that some MSU players “clotheslined” a couple of Michigan players and even ripped the earphones from on player’s head.

Following the conclusion of the game, Wolverines’ head coach Jim Harbaugh was asked about what happened before the game. Harbaugh was clearly not happy at all about what when down, calling it “bush league” and accusing Spartans’ head coach Mark Dantonio of “smiling” while it was all going down.

When Dantonio was asked about Harbaugh’s accusations of him smiling, he was clearly upset and called the comments, “BS.”

Well, leave it to the Twittersphere to find evidence on just about anything.

In the video below, Dantonio appears to be smiling as he walks about five yards behind his team, though he may just be squinting because of the Sun.

Take a look at the video below. Is Dantonio smiling or is he just squinting because of the Sun? You be the judge.
