It was a rough go Saturday afternoon for the Detroit Red Wings, as they fall 5-1 to the Tampa Bay Lightning in Game 2, sending the series back to Detroit tied 1-1, though the Red Wings now hold home-ice advantage.

Tomas Tatar scored the lone goal for Detroit in the third period, avoiding being shutout by the Bolts. Petr Mrazek would allow 4 goals on 18 shots through two periods, and be replaced by Jimmy Howard for the third period, where he allowed a single goal on 12 shots faced.
