Warde Manuel extended as Michigan’s Athletic Director

The University of Michigan announced this morning that they’ve officially extended Warde Manuel as their Athletic Director for another five years:

Manuel, 52, has served as Michigan’s AD since 2016. He’s brought aboard notable hires such as Juwan Howard and Mel Pearson, both of whom have enjoyed success with their respective squads.

He also signed Jim Harbaugh to a contract extension for less pay while also putting together a new-look coaching staff.
