A key to success for the Western Michigan Broncos in 2016 has been that of superstar wide receiver Corey Davis. The freak athlete wideout did all he could to keep his team alive in the Cotton Bowl Classic on Monday against Wisconsin. And on a 4th down deep in Badger territory, WMU quarterback Zach Terrell found the aforementioned Davis in the back of the end zone on an absolute prayer.
Only to have Corey Davis do what Corey Davis does.
Corey Davis somehow makes this TD catch on 4th down between two defenders to keep Western Michigan in it! #CottonBowl #WMUvsWISC pic.twitter.com/Mnn2ORnRfO

If Corey Davis wants the ball, Corey Davis gets the ball. Have you seen a better definition of “Get off me!” by Davis here?
That ended up being one of Davis’ six catches on the afternoon for 73 yards. Unfortunately it proved to be not quite enough as Wisconsin downed the Broncos 24-16 and ended their bid at a perfect 14-0 season.
