A little over a week ago, some horrible news broke that Erie SeaWolves catcher (and Detroit Tigers prospect) Chace Numata passed away following a skateboarding accident.
Chace was a player (and human being) who was absolutely loved by his teammates, family, and friends.

Prior to Tuesday's game against New York Yankees, the Tigers played a tribute video to honor Numata.
