The Tigers beat the Yankees for the second straight day and they now sit at 4-3 as they head home for their home opener in Detroit on Thursday afternoon against the Royals.
Tigers’ starter Matt Boyd was excellent, striking out 13 batters and giving up just one run in 6 1/3 innings of work.
Not a bad start for the Tigers! Nation, can they keep it up?
