Sunday almost turned out perfectly for the Detroit Lions and their fans. They almost scored what likely would have been the game-winning touchdown and they almost defeated the Atlanta Falcons to remain undefeated on the season.
But, it was not meant to be, thanks to incompetent officiating.
As you are well aware by now, the would-be go-ahead touchdown from Matthew Stafford to Golden Tate was overturned and the game was awarded to the Falcons.
Whether you were at the game or at home watching, you were certainly shocked by what took place.
Here is some video from Ford Field as the call was made and Lions fans realized the game had ended with the Falcons winning.
