According to multiple reports, the National Football League has ‘Inquired About Availability’ of the home of the Dallas Cowboys for Super Bowl LVI, which is currently scheduled to be played at SoFi Stadium outside of Los Angeles, the home of the Rams and Chargers.
Per the report from WFAA’s Jason Whitley:
“The Cowboys front office and the NFL have “engaged in preliminary discussions about AT&T Stadiums Erving as an emergency site for the 2022 Super Bowl should possible COVID restrictions in California create problems with playing the game in Southern California.”

Of course, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers became the first team in NFL history last season to play the Super Bowl (and win) in their own home stadium.
