According to NFL Network reporter Mike Garafalo, the Lions are planning to part ways with veteran wide receiver Marvin Hall. The decision will allow younger players on the team to demonstrate their abilities.
So far in 2020, Hall has recorded 17 receptions for 290 total yards and two touchdowns. Hall was originally signed to the Lions practice squad in 2019, and then soon promoted to the active roster.
As noted by Garafalo, Hall recently had a career game, hauling in four receptions for 113 receiving yards.
