Zach Osterman is reporting that Indiana QB Michael Penix has decided to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal.
Penix Jr. joins Quinn Ewers (Ohio State) and Adrian Martinez (Nebraska) as Big Ten QBs who are taking their talents elsewhere.
