After three glorious weeks of COVID-19 NFL football, crap hit the fan as soon as Week 3 was over as multiple teams had players and/or personnel members test positive for the virus.

The biggest breakout has involved the Tennessee Titans, who as of Thursday have had 12 players and 9 non-players test positive for COVID-19.
The lastest of those positive results was reported on Thursday morning as another Titans player tested positive.
Because of the positive result, the Titans team facility remains closed and as Tom Pelissero notes in his tweet below, it is doubtful the Titans will be able to take their home field in three days against the Buffalo Bills.
Stay tuned!
The NFL is evaluating options for the #Titans' game Sunday against the #Bills. Nothing final. But Tennessee's ability to play in 3 days is obviously in doubt. The facility remains closed. https://t.co/P811c3B8q8

REPORT: TENNESSEE TITANS VIOLATED NFL OFF-CAMPUS WORKOUT PROTOCOLS
The Tennessee Titans are likely about to face some massive discipline from the National Football League.
After their training facility was closed due to an outbreak of COVID-19, several players on the team including QB Ryan Tannehill held a private workout Montgomery Bell Academy after being forbidden by the NFL to conduct any off-campus activities.
Students at the private school said they saw a group of football players, later identified as members of the Titans.
Titans beat writer Paul Kuharsky reported the following:
A group of Titans worked out at Montgomery Bell Academy on Sept. 30 despite an NFL directive not to hold such get-togethers while team headquarters was closed because of a COVID-19 outbreak, according to sources who saw players there.
A league source said that once the Titans building was closed down on Sept. 29, the franchise was told there were to be “no in-person meetings, workout or activities at the facility or elsewhere.”
Students at the private school saw a large group of adult football players they identified as Titans working out on the school’s field during classes. Another source said he saw Ryan Tannehill there.”
