On Tuesday, the Detroit Lions announced that RB Kerryon Johnson was being placed on Injured Reserve following knee surgery, which means he will miss at least the next eight weeks of the season.
With Johnson out for an extended period of time, the Lions will certainly be looking for another running back to add to the mix.

Well, coincidentally, Zenner was released by the Saints on Tuesday, which means there is a chance the Lions could bring him home.
Saints terminated contracts of LB Ray-Ray Armstrong and RB Zach Zenner.
