The injury that caused Detroit Tigers pitcher Jordan Zimmermann to miss time last year is coming back to haunt him once again.
After missing his scheduled action during an intrasquad game yesterday, the team announced that he'd be going to the 45-day disabled list today with a right forearm strain.

Zimmermann is in the final year of a 5-year, $110 million deal signed prior to 2016. With only a 60 game schedule in 2020, this could very well spell the end of his tenure in Detroit.
