Just moments ago, the Detroit Lions took to Twitter to announce they have signed QB David Blough from their practice squad to their active roster.
The move is one that is extremely interesting as the Lions generally only keep two QBs on the active roster.
Kyle Meinke of MLive tweeted out 3 theories as to why the Lions made this move.
Nation, what do you think the reasoning is?
Why did the Lions sign Blough to the 53? I don't know, but 3 theories:
–Out of an abundance of caution in the COVID era, as their next 3 opponents all deal with various scares
–Stafford or Daniel is sick (Adrian Peterson was sick last week)
–Someone tried to poach Blough https://t.co/KhDwLGZfP0
