Lashoff has played 47 games for the Griffins this season recording only two goals and seven assists. He will be available to play tonight if another defenseman can’t go. The Wings are finishing off a back-to-back against the Arizona Coyotes tonight at 10:00 p.m. ET. They will try to rebound after losing Wednesday night to the Colorado Avalanche 3-1.
As an undrafted free agent, Lashoff was signed by Detroit on October 1, 2008 to a entry-level contract. He made his NHL debut during the 2012-13 season and has been up and down sense then. In 122 career NHL games with Detroit, Lashoff has two goals and 11 assists. He has a plus/minus rating of -11 and has recorded 57 penalty minutes.
