As the Detroit Lions (5-4) prepare to take on the Chicago Bears (3-6) on Sunday at Soldier Field, they received some good news in getting a key player back at practice. Starting guard T.J. Lang was listed as a full participant in practice on both Wednesday and Thursday.

Getting Lang back in the lineup is a huge win for the Detroit offense as he is one of the best linemen on the roster. Having him back on the right side of the line will provide more stability on that side and give Matthew Stafford more confidence in who is protecting him. Although Detroit got one key player back, another one still has yet to practice. Defensive end Ezekial Ansah has yet to participate in practice this week due to a back injury. If he is unable to go for the Lions on Sunday for the second straight week, it would be a huge loss yet again for the defense and would force Detroit’s depth to step up and provide a solid pass rush.
