Juwan Howard did not come on top for one of Michigan‘s top targets.
According to Blairstown (New Jersey) Blair Academy wing Jabri Abdur-Rahim, he will be attending Virginia. He made the announcement on Wednesday via Twitter.

Abdur-Rahim had been a top target of both John Beilein and Juwan Howard before he decided to pick the Cavaliers.
