According to a report from the Detroit Tigers, they have signed C Dustin Garneau to a Minor League contract and will receive an invitation to Major League Spring Training.
Garneau, who is 33, has six years of Major League experience. In those six seasons, he batted .202 with nine home runs and 42 RBIs.
