Michigan hires Greg Frey to coach tackles, tight ends

According to reports, the University of Michigan has hired Greg Frey to coach tackles and tight ends beginning immediately. He will also serve as the run game coordinator for the Wolverines.

Frey was previously the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach at Indiana. This is his second stint at Michigan after serving as the offensive line coach for Rich Rodriguez from 2008-2010.

Jay Harbaugh, who was the tight ends coach for the Wolverines, will now be coach of the running backs.
